今日はご近所さんが娘を遊びに連れ出してくれるということで娘は早起きしてはりきって準備してます。

昨日の一コマ。
線香が好きで、こうやって毎日焚いてます。
火を付けると、自分が中学の時に亡くなったじいちゃんのこと、上京してから亡くなったばあちゃんのこと、他にも今生きている家族や友人達のことも思い出しながら手を合わせています。
仏壇やお墓に向かっているわけではないのですが、その人のことを「思う」となぜか心が安らぎます。
亡くなった方にとっては「思い出す」ことが一番の供養になると聞いたことがあります。
昨日はドラマで国生さゆりさんが娘を不慮の事故で亡くした母親を熱演していました。
夜のニュースでは二十歳にもなっていない若者が交通事故で亡くなっていました。
今朝は海外で亡くなった方のニュースを目にしました。
かけがえのない人達が毎日どこかで亡くなっていると思うと言葉に詰まります。
大切な人のことを今日もう一度思って線香を立ててみようと思います。
